only part of my order arrived. Contacted the number on website and actually spoke to someone. Followed this up with a WhatsApp message and evidence that the packaging was so small it could not have contained missing goods. No response. Sent an email a few days later. No response. Replied to “Chloe’s” email!! The one that is sent to thank you for your order and that every response and feedback will be read personally. Express my disappointment at no response to previous contact, goods still missing and wanting to cancel my subscription.! No response. Now going through reclaiming money through my bank. Shocking appalling customer service. Wasn’t that upset that my items were missing but to not respond to any form of contact is just completely unacceptable

I’ve suffered with my skin my whole life, I’m now 30 and still suffering with acne, I’ve had prescribed creams from the GP, I’ve spent thousands on different skin care products and nothing has ever worked until I found the Korean glass masks. I used my first one last night, leaving it on whilst I slept when I woke up this morning and removed the mask my skin felt instantly soothed, the appearance of my skin was so much brighter and my face felt smooth for the first time in years! I wish I’d have known about these sooner so I didn’t waste so much money on skin care that just did nothing for me. Even after the first use I can see a huge difference! 100% recommend and I will be buying more!

I absolutely love this serum, I can honestly say that I have tried a lot of different skin care products and I mean a lot (I’m 57) and this is without a doubt the best I have ever used. It feels amazing and the results are instant. My hairdresser is now using it and I didn’t even have chance to tell her about it before she commented on my glowy skin and was super quick to order when I told her what it was.
